Built on Principles That Outlast a Project
S. R. Freeman was founded in 1992, but the values behind the company were shaped years earlier.
At 21, founder Shone Freeman was left nearly $100,000 in debt after an early business partnership failed. Rather than walk away, he paid every obligation, moved back in with his parents, worked seven days a week, earned his contractor's license, and rebuilt from the ground up.
That experience established principles that continue to guide SRF today: integrity, preparation, accountability, leadership, continual learning, professionalism, and relationships.
