Freeman provided structural framing for the reconstruction, bringing its North Bay field experience to a significant residential rebuild in a setting shaped by the region's history of wildfire.
The project also became an important opportunity for leadership development within the SRF team. A younger field lead took on significant responsibility while working under the guidance of an experienced foreman, combining hands-on project leadership with established field supervision..
